What are HTML Editors?
Editors is where we write our code. Whether it is HTML,
PHP or any other language like that (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax XML, Java etc.)
These are the following editors.
1. Note Pad
Notepad is a simple text editor for
Microsoft Windows and a basic text-editing program which enables computer users
to create documents. And all Computers have notepad.
2. Note Pad ++
Notepad++ is a text and source code
editor for use with Microsoft Windows. It supports tabbed editing, which allows
working with multiple open files in a single window. It’s advance
version of Notepad.
3. Sublime Text Editor
Sublime Text is a
sophisticated text editor for code, markup and prose. You'll love the slick user
interface, extraordinary features and amazing performance. It natively
supports many programming languages and markup languages, and functions can be
added by users with plugins, typically community-built and maintained under
free-software licenses.
4. Atom
Atom is a free and open-source text and source code editor
for macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Windows with support for plug-ins written in
Node.js, and embedded Git Control, developed by GitHub. Atom is a desktop
application built using web technologies.
5. Visual Studio Code
Visual Studio Code is a source-code editor developed by
Microsoft for Windows, Linux and macOS. It includes support for debugging,
embedded Git control and GitHub, syntax highlighting, intelligent code
completion, snippets, and code refactoring.
We believe using a simple text editor is a good way to learn HTML. So we
will start through Notepad.
